My Therapeutic Approach

When searching for a therapist, you want someone who will make you feel comfortable in sharing your story and someone you can trust.

At Child Psych San Diego, you will find a supportive, non-judgmental, and accepting environment for you to get the help and guidance you seek. Your care is accompanied with warmth, compassion, and just the right amount of fun and humor.

The growth that can be achieved in therapy is profound, especially when intervention occurs early in someone's life. It is one of the primary reasons that working with children and teens is so rewarding. However, the change and growth we ask of ourselves in therapy is not often easy. Change takes work, motivation, and perseverance. Having a trusted guide on your journey can make a big difference.

At Child Psych San Diego, we will walk together on your path towards a brighter future. I will help you navigate through your most difficult times and support and guide you as we work towards the change you deserve.
